Through 17 years of experience working in close partnership with disability services, I have developed a strong understanding of accessibility practices, accommodation processes, and collaborative support systems that promote equitable access to learning.

Have served as the primary point person for 17 years for both faculty and staff in the development and feedback of course materials to ensure equitable access.

Applied accessible learning practices by collaborating across disability services and academic support functions to reduce barriers to participation through the use of captioned videos, screen-reader-friendly documents, alternative formats, clear course navigation, multiple ways to engage with the content, and accessibly course materials.

Inclusive Student Support Design

Continually designing inclusive student support systems that emphasized universal access, proactive engagement, and equitable opportunities for student connection and academic success.
